I have also covered the various scales to measure Emotional Intelligence. In later part, I talked about the applicability of EI in different work setting. In the final section I told about Strategic Emotional intelligence and its link with transformational leadership.
This book is based on review of research studies and I discussed the topics under the light of these papers.
