Therefore, the success of the companies will highly depend on their ability to create, and manage information, technology and intellectual properties. It is the human resources that use information; it is the human resource that develops technology; it is the human resource that creates trade related intellectual properties (TRIPS). That is, it is the human resource that develops and converts information, technology and intellectual properties into products and services that produce value to customers.
