I like business books in which people narrate their own stories. I’m more impressed with the sharing of real-life experiences rather than the general narratives of “how to do strategic planning” because this practical information is of great use in business life. Of course, I mean those that remain within a plausible framework and certain logic. I have been taking notes since I joined our company. Publishing my notes as a book after gaining enough experience and sharing them with others has always been one of my great aspirations.

…However, it is very important for people to read a book on a subject of their interest and take notes when they have time. Books are ideal for easy access to experience with no limitation of time and space. I benefited a lot from reading books about other people’s experiences. So, hoping that others might benefit from my own experiences, I started writing this book.

In this book, you will read the story of a young businessman invited to the manager training program in his family business after working professionally for two years in different institutions. You will witness how he transformed and improved the family business and its culture.
