Taiwan can be seen among a few countries such as, Japan and South Korea who caught democratic and economic development at the same time. As a country Taiwan which have formed and applied comprehensive environmental policies since 2000, should be followed as a model on the formation of environmental policies, environmental law, environmental organization and environmental practices on local, national and global levels, especially by Turkey and the other developing countries.
